Prices Adjusting Down...

Horse Property and Land Prices Drop in Collier County, FL

The market continues to make its adjustments here in SW
Florida and buyers are once again on the move and looking at horse property and land.
With the prices falling to meet the ever changing market in Florida, there are some excellent values on homes for the horse enthusiast. Many homes are available with barns, others require a barn be built, which we do too, and others are looking to raw land as an option.

In the Naples Florida market Golden Gate Estates is the place to be given the rural setting and zoning allowing horses in Collier County. Two horses per acre of land allows you to begin your search with a 2-3 acre parcel and have a nice retreat for your horses in the winter, or as a primary residence. You may want to consider a 5 acre or larger parcel for room to roam and ride your best friends.
